"I will start the review by saying that not enough good things can be said about this family run day-care. My family lives in Canyon Heights and I have two kids - a 5 year old boy who has attended VSOCC for 3 years and a 16 month old daughter who started at Spring Angels Childcare before she turned 1. In our search fora daycare for our daughter on the North Shore, I went to a number of orientations and walk throughs at both institutionalized daycare centers and family run daycares. From the moment that I met Bahar and Gella, I was immediately impressed. I stopped my search and filled our the paperwork as quickly as I could.The daycare space itself is impeccable. The space is well organized, spacious, and exceptionally clean. There are plenty of toys (without ever feeling cluttered), educational activities, and field trips to the park. The kids have a predictable and engaging schedule. Every day that we pick up our daughter, although happy to see a parent, she is reluctant to leave daycare! She truly loves her space and I see and feel that she is thriving.Both Bahar and Gella are extremely professional, skilled and dedicated child care providers. Spring Angels Childcare feels like the perfect mix between the structure and dynamic variety of educational activity typically found in a more institutionalized setting, and a loving, playful environment more typical of a home daycare. Bahar and Gella have the perfect balance of both. On a personal level I have found them to be extremely kind, open, friendly and relatable and I feel like I have known them for far longer than I have. I have recommended this place to all of my friends with kids and will be putting our son in after school care here when he starts Kindergarten in September.My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Spring Angels Childcare and to have gotten to know Bahar and Gella. I can sincerely say that I know our family will know theirs for many years to come."
